1.基本信息

曹阳春,男,教授,博导,国家级青年人才。近5年,以第一/通讯作者在本领域国际主流期刊Gastroenterology、iMeta、Gut Microbes等发表SCI论文三十多篇,最高影响因子33.8,以第一完成人授权国家专利12项,以第一完成人发布陕西省地方标准和团体标准4项,获陕西省科技进步一等奖和甘肃省科技进步二等奖2项。获聘哈佛医学院营养中心专家组成员,入选中国畜牧兽医学会第八届井冈新秀和第三届“青年拔尖人才”、仲英学者、陕西省杰出青年和陕西省首批“普通高校青年杰出人才”,获第二届中国畜牧兽医学会动物营养学分会青年学者优胜奖。兼任全国动物营养指导委员会肉牛营养分会委员,第十一届中国畜牧兽医学会动物营养学分会副秘书长及反刍动物营养专委会副主任,动物微生态与生物饲料专业委员会陕西省分会副主任,陕西省添加剂预混料“四主体一联合”技术工程中心主任,陕西省秦创原畜禽饲料添加剂研发与应用团队首席科学家,陕西省奶牛产业技术体系岗位专家,担任《iMetaomics》和《中国牛业科学》副主编,《iMeta》和《Microbiome Research Reports》青年编委。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目等各类项目30多项。

反刍动物营养与饲料科学、消化道微生物与营养物质高效利用

3.开设课程与学生培养

长期致力于动物营养与饲料科学的教学与科研工作,先后主讲本科生全英文课程《动物科学专题》和《科研基本方法》以及研究生全英文课程《动物营养学研究进展》,参与博士生全英文课程《动物营养与饲料学专题》,主讲本科生《饲料添加剂学》和《饲料分析综合实验》等。参与中国大学MOOC《动物营养学》在线课程,入选本科一流课程。获全国高校(生命科学类)微课大赛制作奖,参编“十三五”国家规划教材《家畜饲养学》等教材和图书7部,参编英文专著《Amino Acids in Nutrition and Health》等3部。连续3届指导学生参加全国农林高校“牛精英挑战赛”均获一等奖。
